Direct Delivery is a dedicated point-to-point courier service for deliveries that need focused handling from pickup to drop-off.

Priority Delivery is fast, scheduled delivery for businesses that need reliable service windows with professional dispatch support.

If timing is critical and the delivery should move directly from pickup to drop-off, choose Direct. If the delivery is important but can move within a service window, choose Priority.

RUSH Credits & Reliability Promise

RUSH Credits are service credits issued under our Reliability Promise. They may be applied toward future Clearly RUSH deliveries when eligible. RUSH Credits are service credits only. They are not refundable or transferable.

When a delivery commitment is missed due to our fault, eligible customers may receive approved RUSH Credits toward future Clearly RUSH deliveries.
